Long working hours can be tiring and hectic but it also provides a chance to visit various places for the purpose of meetings, conferences or workshops. This time the work related seminar gave me an opportunity to visit New Delhi and I was very excited to visit India for the same. Seminars give an opportunity to update our knowledge with the latest information. This short work cum pleasure trip helps me to distress and get energized for working still harder and achieve success.

The only way to travel from Beijing to New Delhi was through the flight. I checked for various airlines providing this service. From the various airlines, the Air China provided the most convenient service and even was the most cost effective amongst them. I checked for the various reviews about this airline which had good reports by the passengers.

I preferred to travel though business class which would provide me with a comfortable journey to reach my destination. The crew members were also helpful and they provided us with onboard snacks and other luxurious services.

The flight reached the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi at the scheduled time. I completed the formalities and collected my baggage. Then, I headed towards the exit to reach the hotel in Dera More. It was around 22 kilometers away from the airport.

The hotel was a 4-star grand luxurious hotel which was located in the main city area. It was well connected to some of the most popular tourist destinations which include Qutub Minar and Jama Masjid.

The hotel was surrounded by rolling green lawns and trees which gave a pleasant look as well as cool ambiance. The hotel staffs gave a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable. They were very polite and friendly. The hotel had various room options from which I preferred to stay in the standard room which was designed to provide comfort and convenience to the guest.

The view from the room was also good and due to the garden surrounding the hotel cool breeze flowed through the room. The room was so comfortable that I immediately had a sound sleep which helped to relax after the long journey. This made me feel fresh and I got ready for attending the long financial seminars.

The financial seminar was good and informative. Also, the overall trip to New Delhi was a great experience. The stay in the hotel was good. The plush hotel offered great hospitality with excellent facilities and service. It gave me a homely comfort. The local people in India guided me to explore best places in the capital city.
